An Artistic Residence in the City of Chania.

Residence x is a multifunctional Architecture proposal in Chania Greece.

Set between the young vibrant newly developed side of the city and the quiet historic part, the proposal juxtaposes two transcendental scales of time, through the setting of an ethereal artistic landscape.

Defined by fluid geometries emerging from the landscape, the scheme is organized into two levels. The lower floor is housing a living room, dining room, kitchen, entertaining spaces and leisure facilities. Master bedroom suites and exterior terraces occupy the first floor, taking habitants in sweeping vistas of the surroundings.

On the outdoor, the residence provides a calm and ethereal environment encircled by the rich greenery of local gardens, olive trees and palm trees with plenty of spaces to enjoy.

It is Expected to be completed in 2023.
