Structural Twists

Structural Twists is a study developed in Grasshopper Rhino Exploring swarm behaviour.

Aim of the study was to simulate swarm behaviour rules, evaluate them and create a system with structural inegrity .  Generated typologies are used to develop the main structural elements of the Generated piece.  Once the main structural members are analyzed for structural integrity, catenary chains are positioned to provide a secondary support system.  In collaboration with the generative tectonic system, space is defined between and around vertical members.

Evolutionary Solver Analysing Structural Integrity for each of the proposals.
