K house, proposed to start the construction in 2021, is a project at the old port area in Chania Greece. The project is aiming to blend with the surroundings while giving a contemporary aesthetic in the area.

Even though the building was in poor condition and in a total state of disrepair, it was decided to conserve it by maintaining as much of its original appearance as possible but enlarging the external openings and the internal part by connecting the two floors with a new staircase.

Externally, the façade of the building, which is also very damaged, will be restored, bringing back the original elegance that the specific house used to have.
