The site is located in the outskirts of Chania Greece, on a small hill close to the Area of one of the most interesting archaeological sites in western Crete, Aptera.

Designed to blend into its surrounding typography, the project is partially inserted into the slope of the hill offering various vistas over the Aegean sea and local mountains .It consists of three types of housing single-family homes, townhouses, and live/work lofts—clustered around an interior courtyard with local vegetation.

This hybrid of housing typologies, provides a new model for luxury-living communities with generous glazing numerous terraces for residents and visitors to enjoy.
