The levels of the design proposal are terracing down following the natural slope while it stretches over the entire plot to make use of its beautiful panorama.
Building Layout / Setup
The dominantly horizontal character of the project is juxtaposed by several paths adding a secondary vertical layer into the hierarchy of the different components. This creates connections within the multipurpose residence without dramatically interrupting the flow of the gardens that pour into the spaces in between the buildings.
A thorough approach with regard to detail, the context and virtue of the materials strengthens the contemporary character of the architectural language. The use of locally sourced stone and wood as primary materials blends into the present earth tones.
